Booking Terms & Conditions for Training/Classes – Legends Sports & Entertainment - Party Terms & Conditions differ from Training/Classes Terms & Conditions in some ways.  - See Below for Party/Event Booking Terms

1. Booking & Payment: All bookings must be made in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

2. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours.

3. Late Arrivals: Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not receive an extension or refund.

4. Facility Rules: All participants must follow facility rules and staff instructions. Proper sports attire and equipment are required.

5. Liability Waiver: Legends Sports & Entertainment is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or personal belongings. Participants assume all risks associated with training.

6. Weather Policy: In case of weather-related closures, sessions may be rescheduled or credited.

7. Code of Conduct: Unsportsmanlike behavior, disrespect, or rule violations may result in removal without refund.

Booking Terms & Conditions for Party/Event Reservations

1. Booking & Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of [amount] is required to secure your party date. The remaining balance must be paid [14] days before the event.

2. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made at least [30] days before the event may be rescheduled. Deposits are non-refundable. No refunds for cancellations within [30] days of the event.

3. Guest Count & Changes: Final guest count must be confirmed [14] days before the event. Additional guests may incur extra charges, subject to venue capacity.

4. Venue Rules: No outside food or drinks allowed, except for birthday cake unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Supervision & Conduct: Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in early termination of the event without a refund.

6. Liability & Damages: The venue is not responsible for personal belongings or injuries. Any damage to the property caused by guests will be charged to the host.

7. Timing: The party must start and end at the scheduled time. Extra time may be available at an additional cost, subject to availability.

8. Weather Policy (if applicable): For outdoor events, alternative arrangements or rescheduling may be offered in case of bad weather.
